Why Use Templates
Using templates is a quick and easy way to get started with your CAB meetings. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel, and you can use templates that are already proven to work. When choosing a template, it’s important to use a reputable source that has experience in the area of change advisory boards. At EIT Consulting, we regularly help establish new change advisory boards and ensure their continued success. We have templates that are tested by our own consultancy.
Customizing Your Templates
When you find a template you like, make sure to read each point and be prepared to edit the templates. Review the text in its entirety and ask questions about what’s requested. Does your service management policy need the same types of questions, or do you need more depth than what’s on these templates? Each of these should be fully evaluated before putting them into place for use.
